I'm beyond impressed with the facility and the staff. Talking to Jennifer L and getting to see everything was incredible. I've referred over 2 families so far and the feedback has been amazing. I feel confident in referring over anyone who is looking for a facility that goes above and beyond for it's residents.

I found it very disturbing the lack of front desk attendants. Last week I needed to pick up an item from the second floor. Tuesday, 12:35 pm, no one at the desk. No pencil to sign in for COVID requirements, no one to take me temp. Waited. Waited.waited. Being on a tight schedule I simply walked onto the elevator went to the second floor, collected the items needed from PT, back down the elevator past the front desk...STILL unoccupied. Clearly security needs to be addressed along with the safety for the residence.
