We help many people move to Saddle brook and everyone so far has nothing but great things to say about the community. Easy carefree living. A majority of the people that I have had the pleasure of serving like the fact that the exterior is maintained for them, so if they go away for an longer period they have no worries.

We own a home here. Very well built homes
Subdivision opening 2018 with a 55 age requirement. Well built prefab double wide homes. Friendly neighbors have already created an active community. Neighbors have socials, card parties, and bible study small groups. A fitness center is right in the subdivision within walkable distance to many houses. The landscaping has parks, flowers, ponds, and fountains. Beautiful area to walk if you don't mind there are no paved sidewalks. Groceries and restaurants are not within walking distance, but there is a super Target a short drive away.
Nice place for older folks
Neighbors are great, however the people that own it sold 51% of there interest to a major conglamorate and the new people raise the rental rates every six months. There are appx.1800 homes in there with an additional 400-500 homes being built or in the stages of being built. (Quite closely if I may add, another words they are really packing them in, we sold our home just last year, at a loss)
