To whom it concerns : Due to (Great American Auto Transports) inability to ship, deliver and provide timely updates on my vehicle which now sits on the west coast port being charged 25 a day in fees. I now have to find and contact another company to transport my vehicle while I’m DEPLOYED OVER SEAS at the moment, the position that this company put my family and me in is unacceptable. I have confirmed emails from the company that I received on (14th December 2018) with the expected window of my vehicles arrive and shipment for January 1st-9th 2019 . Apparently a 25 day window is not exemplary enough for this company. So now at 2am my time I’m struggling to find another carrier while I’m on the other side of the world. Update: date Feb. 8th 2019 Great American still has not refunded me my deposit, it has been over a month sense I have canceled my shipment with them . Phone operators keeps telling me their supervisors will call me back . I have yet received an email or call back and I have called everyday for the last four days. AGAIN DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !! They are about to have a small claims court case or potential law suit on their hands. I WOULD NOT , repeat NOT provide your business to this company .....but don’t worry google reviewers I got a “sorry” from the phone operator
