When you have to ask multiple times for a CARFAX and never get it, kinda makes you wonder what they're hiding. At least that's what it makes me feel. In a world of buyer beware they certainly made me wary.....

This place is the worst, be careful go on Yelp and read reviews. As for my experience they will give you an appointment and sell the car to someone else. If there was a 0 stars on google I would give it to them. Really unprofessional. At the moment you step in. You know you are dealing with ruthless people. I think they must be paying people to write positive reviews. Even now they keep sending me texts, when I told them off.

I bought a car from them they told me that it was certified and checked by Mercedes not true. So if you going to buy a vehicle from them. Make sure they show you the paper work for what they said they had done. Ask Question about the warranty. So they don’t give you what they want. They will give you limited warranty. When you have options of what warranty you would like. I was not told that so they give me what they wanted to give me. Do your research before going and have all your questions writing down. And ask for proof of what they tell you. They tell you anything just so you can buy a vehicle.

Worst experience here the manager at the service center is very rude. Wouldn't recommend going there. I bought a car from these guys 2 yrs ago which come with with 3 yrs of oil change. Now I'm being turned away because the manager stated that I have to purchase full synthetic oil from them in order to change the oil. Update 6/2/2019. You guys need to get the story straight I'm getting totally different stories. I call the office several times and got the run around, leave my number for a call back and still no call back.
