I found myself pregnant in a new town at the beginning of the pandemic. I asked around and many people suggested this practice. There’s nothing wrong with this practice. I just had a much better experience with my last OBGYN in NY, where they made sure I was ok not just my baby. The office can use a facelift. Plus one the sonogram techs was so rude, she walked in on me getting dressed and sat down to go about her business. This may have also been a result of covid but I found myself 9 months pregnant waiting over an 1.5 hours in their waiting room just to see a doctor for 3 minutes. Now that Dr. Moses is gone and I’ve had my baby I’m not sure I’ll be going back. Doctor Moses was very sweet and I was happy she delivered my baby.

This review is for Dr Grace Chow . Nine days ago my daughter gave birth to her first child . My son in law and I were in there with her the whole time . Dr Chow was on call . Well we all Loved her Couldn't ask for a better doctor for this experience . She was kind , Gentle and compassionate to my daughter who was in a lot of pain pushing for 3 hours ! She was able to keep my daughter calm and concentrating. Her soothing voice and smile was just what you need a time like this . I have wanted to thank her since the day my grandson was born . For taking such good care of my baby, and for making me feel welcomed to this amazing experience . God bless Dr. Grace Chow !!

Be ready to wait more than one hour just to be called in and another 40 min to see a doctor that will give you only 8 minutes of their time. The place is dirty, the exams rooms specially. It needs some serious basic cleaning (floors and walls and door handles handles). The management should do something about the wait for patients, why schedule a 4 pm appointment if the doctor will see me at 5:30 pm (all the time). It's disrespectful. Dr Moses only came out of her office after I told the MOA i was leaving after 1 hour and a half waiting I need to pick up my son. After I asked her if if I can take ZyrtecD for my allergies being that has Sudafedrine her answer was \I think so\, really?. I guess I need to ask Google that. Dr Kauffman and Rifkin are great doctors, and will take their time with you. If it was only them I would stay here in this practice. It's harder to get a spot with them because they are either booked for late appointments or the lady in the front desk isn't sure of their availability so she pushes for you to pick other doctors.

STAY AWAY!!!! I had a perfect pregnancy. When it came time to delivery, I was having such complications. They refused a c-section, used a suction vacuum and gave my son a hematoma. He needed a blood transfusion and stayed days in the hospital due to their arrogance and wanting to keep their stats up.
