DO NOT RECOMMEND! I tried to go TWICE and both times Jeanne the \physician\ doing physicals was 15min LATE! Which meant i was going to be late for work. Horrible customer service. 0 out of 10 would recommend. I used to donate here a lot back in 2008-2011.. its really gone downhill. I used be able to get in and out in an hour with a physical and donation and now it seems 2.5hrs isn't enough. I cant even stay because I usually go before work and don't have the extra time to waste like the staff seems to have.

I have been donating plasma at this location for about six months now and at first, it wasn't an issue. I loved the place. The staff (other than one nurse) was very comforting and nice to me. Just recently in the past few weeks, I have had friends and family complain to me that a nurse who is in her mid 30's with brown hair was extremely rude to them and had so sensitivity training what so ever. Earlier this week, I had a question and asked her it like you would expect and she gave me the WORST attitude I have ever seen from anyone, even considering her being a nurse I thought that was pretty low. She couldn't answer my questions and was acting like she was better than me for no reason whatsoever. It is safe to say that I will not be going back and will definitely recommend that you give said nurse sensitivity training because she just ruined it for my family and myself and any other friends who ask about it. :)

I understand that covid is affecting service Make sure you give yourself time for donations even with the faster machines you are definitely going to be here awhile.

The wait times are getting worse by the day. Waited over an hour to get a bed. Then you still have to wait another 15 minutes to get hooked up. So I’ve wasted 1.25hrs just to get ready to donate plasma. Takes roughly 30 mins to donate and then another 15 minutes to get unhooked. This is not ideal to spend 2 hours in a place when it should only take roughly 45 mins. They need to get rid of the new plasma machines or get some new employees who can get through the process a lot faster.
