Good selection. Remember to bring your best cuisine skills because you are creating your dish to give the cook to cook it for you. So add sauces, meats, veggies, noodles, etc. All frozen to your plate to be cooked by the cook. Nice idea but you can also make a mess of flavors mixing everything without knowing. For example, don't mix shrimp, with fish, you don't know which flavor is stronger. Lemon sauce with soy bean sauce... You get the picture.

The waitress was so informative and knew everything to say to first timers. The food was fried up super fast and it was super delicious! Best of all, its all you can eat and even better, apparently in Thursdays it's 2 for 22!
Huhot is delicious! The only problem is that it makes me sick every time I eat there so I can't go often. The portion sizes are HUGE when you do take out. Its enough for 2 very sizable meals.
HuHot has been one of my go to places for many years, but experience I had last night- not so good. When we first arrived we stood at the host stand for at least 5 minutes waiting to be seated. There were 3 employees behind the bar laughing and joking as we stood there waiting to be seated. Finally someone came from behind the bar to seat us. As we were walking to our table the floors were and carpets were so dirty, food and napkins. We get to our table and waited about 3 minutes for our server ( not to bad of a wait) When she came to the table to she did not even introduce herself all she asked was "can I get you something to drink and you can head up to the line when your ready" We came at dinner time, so I know that you get salad or soup. We had to ask for our salad because we were not offered anything. Once we had finished making our bowls at the line we get back to the table and our salads or drinks were not there, we had to ask for them and the restaurant was not all that busy. The server came back ONE time during our meal and that was to ask how everything was and to drop off our check. I had used the HuHot app to check in and gave the server my check in number, well she forgot to enter my check in. I can understand all of this if they were busy, but to the looks of it our server had a great time laughing and joking with other staff members by the bar area. I have to beg my partner to go to HuHot because he's not a fan, but last night was our Anniversary and he knows this is my spot. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed.

Oooooh yeah!! HuHot is so amazing!! Such a selection of tasty items. Staff was polite and professional. I took it to a new level by bringing two bowls to the grill. HuHot is our new go to foodie stop.
We love Hu Hot. There's great selection of items, you select what you want, and they cook it for you on the grill. The chefs put on a good show while you watch and wait. Great service and excellent value. Try it and enjoy!
I love coming here to eat! I have Celiac disease (gluten allergy) and my husband is very allergic to eggs. The staff are super accommodating and neither us have had reactions because of eating here. Helpful hint to those with allergies: ask for an allergy bowl from your waitress/waiter. Try getting all your food in your first trip up because it's a lot of work for the staff to clean part of the grill top.
