Terrible website, got on right when tickets go on sale and I stare at a loading circle for over an hour. Get better servers to handle the traffic for popular concerts. I wonder how many tickets they pre sell to stub hub and various operations to get a better cut of ticket prices.

I would like to see a map of available seats that give prices as you hover, similar to picking a seat on an airplane. Otherwise it's just a guessing game as to which price levels are still available! Website very quick though, which is nice!

The ordering process was easy and the fees were fair as opposed to many other ticket purchasing options. I also like being able to choose specifics seats from the map. The only thing I would have liked to see is a mobile ticket option versus printing for free.

Your website is awful. There should be a display of the seating chart so that customers can see where they will be seated in the theater. Am I in the last row? Am I in the middle of the row? Am I on the aisle? I don't know where I am, because you don't display it. I will never use your site again. I only used it this time because I am in a rush.
