Nice little Motorcycle shop in rural Massachusetts. Owner is awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly they are closing their doors soon so go there and see for yourself. Lots of deals to save money. Support locally.

I give them one star . I went to look at a goldwing he had one . 1) he had no knowledge of any part of it . 2) couldn't turn it on 3) treated us like we were a burden to his time. 4)asked if we could test drive it answer was no if i had a serious buyer that would sign a contract to buy i might . 5) i said well im not waiting my time .he said you've been waiting mine . We left . I am more than capable of buying one but not from him ...

Steve is the slowest person behind a desk I've ever experienced. I told him I was in a massive rush for my test and all my bike needed was a battery. Took the tech 5 minutes to get it running, went in to pay for a battery and get it installed, Steve was moving at a whole 0.001 mph. Missed my test which I was an hour early for because they took that long to replace a battery. Steve, it's time to retire

I purchased a 2015 YAMAHA 1300 Vstar Deluxe from this dealer thru Cycle trader. I live in California so this bike was purchased sight on seen. I paid top dollar for this bike because according to the dealer this bike had no visible damage. Upon delivery I found a very visible dent in the upper fork tube cover. This damage was noted on the transporter's inspection report that was made prior to shipping. The report was reviewed and signed by the dealer but apparently he felt is was not necessary to report this damage to me before shipping the bike. At this point I have the bike and he has my money, not much I can do. I Emailed the dealer twice with the report and pictures of the the damage...No Response. Not A good way to do business or build a trusting customer base.
