Working in this park has been great! I started working here nearly 6 months ago and I am still finding out about new events and activities. Food trucks come to the park every Friday. The new management company built a brand new gym and conference facility. Excited to see what the new construction in the middle of the park will bring.
Best owners and great place to work! Office Plus is 1 of their tenants for satellite offices, meeting, conference, and training rooms. Long or short term rentals.
This review is for the Chicago based group out at 9450 Bryn Mawr Avenue, Suite 350, Rosemont, IL 60018. I had a great experience from beginning to end! Right from the initial visit of the Regional Sales Manager-Chicago and his partner. They were both very courteous, explained everything in detail, and never pushed me to make a decision - I felt very comfortable. The process went very smooth. On the day of installation, the workers were very efficient and worked in a timely fashion. The windows and services I received exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone involed for making this process as smooth as possible!! P.S. My husband appreciated the fact that the Project Manager overseeing the installation assured us if anything ever happened to the windows to give him a call and they would take care of the issue.
Elevators are unreliable. Nothing close by for lunch. Building is dark on the inside. Traffic in the area is horrible. No decent facilities in the entire office park.
