Went for an MRI and the receptionist by the name of Adriana gave me nothing but attitude. If she was having a bad day she could have kept her two dollar looking a at home. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN! All other staff there today was very professional and nice. But that one bad apple had spoiled it for the bunch Why have her up front representing the office With her attitude and rude ways she should be in the back away from patients and customers, better yet at home since she doesn’t appreciate her job.

First time patient and I had a horrible experience. I had a appointment in which I arrived early, got checked in and started filling out paper work. About 10 minutes in (almost finishing up my paper work) the front desk came up to me and said the Dr advised her that I could not be seen because I was late. How am I late to an appointment I’m early/ on time for? She asked me if I could come back 1.5 hours later because she had a next patient— who wasn’t even there. Very unprofessional and waste of time.

I had the best experience when setting up an appointment for my daughter’s MRI scan. I worked in customer service for many years and currently in healthcare as an RN, so it’s very important to me how a staff member treats customers starting with the phone call. Dominique is the name of the person who helped me on the phone (I asked the office about her, I normally don’t do that) Dominique was efficient, professional, funny, and loves what she’s doing!!! I can feel her energy. I was nervous because it’s my first time here, there is another radiology office near by, but her doctor referred us here. The office is located in an office building with easy access, plenty parking, and the office was neat clean and Covid ready with sanitizers everywhere!!! The office staff all of them were professional!!! Great team work! Kudos to team Progressive Radiology!!! I hope I don’t have to comeback here again, but it was a wonderful experience! Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing experience everytime! This is my 2nd time there & they really took care of me. The tech (Donte) is awesome. I don't do needles yet he made the process seamless. Overall, as awesome of a time for an MRI. ... thanks

Great customer service! My second time dealing with them and as impressed as the first time. Went to pick up copy of MRI of 2 years ago and they got it ready before I got there.
