We visited Everything Billiards and Spa last summer when covid rules were strong. Chris Matthews was very thorough and professional in helping us choose our spa tub. He was up front with us about plant shutdowns and delay in product delivery. We ordered our spa with an expected 4-6 month wait period. We were kept informed of delays and offered full refund if had changed our mind. We are expecting delivery tomorrow, 7 months later. We understand that Everything Billiards and Spa had no control over the delivery of our tub. They have been great about communicating with us and keeping us informed and up to date to their best knowledge. Hopefully tomorrow will go smoothly! Installation went in without any problems. Great crew. Can’t wait to use it!

I highly recommend Everything Billiards & Spas in Greensboro! Last week they delivered my new spa and we’ve been enjoying it every night since it was ready! Rob and his team are knowledgeable, personable, and provide great service at every turn. The first day I went into the store, Rob stayed late to make sure I had all my questions answered to make an informed decision on my purchase. During the time while I awaited deliver, Rob and his team cheerfully kept me updated and addressed my further questions. On the day the tub was delivered, the team braved cold and rain with good cheer and professionalism to make sure I was set up and ready to go. If you want a quality product from a quality team, You can’t go wrong with them.

Very easy process to purchase a hot tub over the phone. And they actually had the model I wanted in stock (considering with this pandemic I was about to order one from another store that would arrive sometime in the next 10-12 months!!). Delivery team was so nice and fun to interact with! They went out of their way to ensure I had a everything setup properly and had all that I needed to get started. I would definitely recommend giving Everything Billiards & Spas a call before placing an order elsewhere!
