Excellent service! I had an appointment for “the works” which was oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc and was in and out in an hour. From the phone call to the greeting when I arrived everyone was courteous. I had to wait with car (only driver in my house) and their service area had a sparkling clean socially distanced chairs waiting area—very comforting during these “pandemic” times. I bought my Ford Edge here and they prove themselves to be the best each and every contact. Thank you again Craig Hammond my service manager who kept me informed even by text during the service.

Great service, went above and beyond to find us exact what we needed for our child care center. Everyone was a lot of help and so kind while we signed paperwork. They had it cleaned, washed, and a full tank of gas, ready to go back to Wylie with us. Thanks to everyone here who helped us with this van!!!
Just purchased a 2020 Raptor from these guys and it was the easiest truck buying experience I've had in years.I buy two vehicles every year and I've had more than my fair share of crumby experiences. Chris Fears was my sales rep and he made the deal as smooth as could be. It was an out of town buyer...I called and inquired about my truck online and Chris gave me the most fair deal on my trade and new truck out there. He put his best foot forward and it was refreshing. We executed everything over the phone & email. When I went to execute paperwork I was in and out in less than and an hour and a half. (just purchased a GMC for my wife and was in the dealership for over 6 hours) The finance office was a breeze....AND Now I have this BEAST in my garage. I hope I get to work with these guys again soon.
Best car buying experience I've had so far! It was so easy and it didn't take all day. There was no back and forth in deciding a price. We told them our stipulations, and they made them happen. The salesman, Brent, was very helpful and not pushy at all. Sometimes when you buy a car, the salesman is obviously just trying to get you in any car at all. It did not feel like that with Brent and I really appreciate that. He was super patient and kind.
Dealing with troubled credit is never an easy feat. Not only was Donaghe Ford able to work a deal with us, they were able to get us into a BRAND NEW 2020 Ford Edge! We are in love with our vehicle!
