The staff is very helpful. They make sure u know everything u need to know about riding the bus routes. They are very friendly & courteous. They make it comfortable to ride the bus anytime I ride.
I love our transit system. They every precaution to keep us healthy. The drivers wear mask and have a plastic shield to cover them completely. Only 15 people are allowed at a time to ride the bus. The drivers also wipe down each seat and surrounding areas of the bus periodically. You may pay cash, app, bus passes to ride the bus. Customer service is very helpful with routes and various stops plus they are always modifying the routes and services to be more effective with riders of the busses.
Luxuries on a tiny Student budget are available. Morning hot Coffee for as little as .075, Hot Cocoa 1.00, Soda 1.00 to 1.50, other refreshments in the Vending Machine are at the GTC. The rides are affordable once you classify yourself. Very comfortable rides. Highly recommended.
Greenville runs a great bus system and their drivers really go out of their way for the riders. Keep it up!
