The worst pool company and POOR customer service, My parents used this company 38 years ago to install their pool. They are located right beside the creek and the pool was put to deep in the ground with the water table. They never complained over the years Greenville pool replaced liner and worked on the pool. Taking months to do anything. My Mom called them a year ago to get liner replaced and they referred them to a pool company in Washington that they had sold. She called them over a year ago 4 times still no estimate. She called Greenville Pools 6 months ago and told them that she needed a liner and they said they would get back to her. My pool was opened in April and my pool person knew the owner of Greenville Pools and told him and he SAID he WOULD call back that day. Some lady called my Mom over 3 weeks ago and said she would get her an estimate. SHE HAS HEARD NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SAD WAY TO TREAT A 38 YEAR CUSTOMER WHO IS A WIDOW!!!!!!!!!! THIS WAS ONE OF THE FIRST POOLS YOU INSTALLED THEY WERE GOOD ENOUGH THEN TO TAKE THEIR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hiring Greenville Pool to do a relining was an experience I will not soon forget, though I wish I could, because I'm still cleaning up the mess they left behind. Be assured that even when the project takes over three times as long as they said it would and regardless of how much you spend, you cannot buy less quality anywhere else. From the hand prints in the liner to the waste lining material sprinkled around the pool area concrete and in the parking lot, from the lumpy corners to the bits of metal leaving rust spots in the lining, from the arrogant managers to the total lack of communication after the job, Greenville Pool has blazed an epic trail of incompetence that few will try to equal. It took them two weeks to figure out where to send the bill... Both Scott and Alex left the the company during this job. One can only speculate as to why. Hope you speak Spanish.
