I would be very cautious about using Avanti on a project. On a project they did for my company they required full payment up front and never came back and completed their work. Stay away

Great product. I understand some of the frustration coming the other reviews. However, I was very pleased with the product that was supplied to my company and my clients were thrilled with the end result. Richard Massi, did quote the product and he did give eta of 6-8 weeks and was upfront with timeline. I would add 1-2 weeks to that timeline just in case. Saralyn Chen did an outstanding job working weekends, holidays and checking up during her vacation to communicate, orchestrate and deliver my product in time for my deadline (4 weeks from order). She was willing to get creative to find a solution for our timeframe and I appreciate her outstanding efforts in helping us achieve our goal! No one is perfect and we all make mistakes, but we have to work together through the problems(s); communicating with respect and having an understanding attitude is key. If we all have a genuine and sincere respect for one another, good things will happen! Thank you Saralyn, Richard and all those who helped..... Avanti Systems is the worst, most unprofessional company my firm has EVER worked with. Bruce Young should be fired along with majority of its staff. CEO Mathew Gordon should be beyond ashamed of his companies performance and inability to serve its clients. They have not communicated with us from day one unless attorneys communicate the entire duration of our project to give their team "a push" to simply do their job. I have ensured their relationships with AIA, architectural firms and associations will be terminated and I look forward to this entire company collapsing to the ground. I highly recommend this firm be avoided AT ALL COSTS. Good luck.

I don't know where to begin but beware using this company. I have a great story about why if you want to discuss. Since posting this Avanti's Robert Check has repeatedly offered to help if I would remove my bad review. I sense his own frustration with his support staff, in particular this guy: Richard A Masi, who if he has a title I doubt it is related to CSR. Bottom line is after receiving a verbal quote for materials only, a couple of days later we received a written scope from Richard. Mind you we only furnished the existing plans and specs, along with photo's of the existing and the new floor plan showing the location of the new glass door. Revised quote comes in it's 21 times higher than the verbal quote. After my questioning he drops it to only 10 times higher and says that is Avanti's minimum. So, as I said above, beware trying to use this company.

Avanti Systems USA has the most beautiful, unique and high quality glass interior wall and door systems that I have ever seen. After searching high and low and looking at all the other products available I chose Avanti for use. Now all of my friends that own commercial buildings are using them too. It's like having a stamp of approval that distinguishes companies that adopt the Avanti Systems for use in their offices that they have "arrived" and will accept no other substitute! And their staff is totally First Class! They provided me with the best 'White Glove' treatment from when I started working with their Estimators all the way through with working with my General Contractor to insure me only the Best in making my selection of their products the only choice and the right choice. I totally recommend, if you want the best, Avanti Systems will be there to give it to you!

They got me the information I asked for quickly, answered all my questions, helped me get them specified, and were overall very helpful and knowledgeable. The client ended up choosing another system in the end, but I still appreciate the service received.

I had no idea how truly wonderful a Company like Avanti Systems USA could be until I decided to chose them for my large commercial buildings fit out. Before choosing Avanti I researched dozens of other companies and none could compare to the extremely high quality interior glass panel and door systems of Avanti plus the people at Avanti were exceptionally helpful and guided me through my process step by step. Now, I have a building that visitors always ask, how can they get what I have and I refer them to Avanti. I am so very happy I chose them, granted they are a bit more expensive than what is out there but I really got more than I paid fir. I highly recommend Avanti period!
