Awesome customer service and reasonable prices. Instead of ordering on Amazon, I decided to support our local businesses and called and asked Tim @ Gut Reaction (where I bought tennis sneakers a few years ago) to string a custom red, white & blue Babolat Aero Pure racket. Tim did a phenomenal job; it was ready in a few days and it looked and felt great! So much so that my wife used it, loved it and kept it! So I called Tim and ordered two more (with different color/pattern stringing so not to confuse which racket is whose). The price Tim charged me was the same as on Amazon but the customer service and quality of the stringing design leaves Amazon far behind. So we can all be winners and support our local shops when they are as dedicated and great as Gut Reaction

For so many reasons it's time to review this place to warn others. Every one of the 5 or 6 times I've had to visit felt like a jab, with a final blow recently. While the following probably isn't true if you happen to be on the tour or currently ranked, be prepared to feel patronized, "lesser-than", and worst of all, unimportant. Poor service, poor quality of work, absolutely no pride in the work. No recourse for work poorly done.
My son left his tennis racquet at Boston Logan and his camp was the next day in Annapolis- I googled this store as an option along the drive They were so great and had the racquet strung and ready for me before I arrived in just 15 minutes! Best service ever and appreciate the great recommendations for a replacement racquet and string!
