This has long been one of my favorite spots to shop to both feel a little cheer and then spread some with their great cards and gifts. The employees are wonderful and generally pretty cheerful. I am curious about the lack of mask wearing by the employees during the Covid outbreak. Is there a rational? Thank you for any insight, Christines.

I’m disappointed. Did an online order, picked up my order in store and employees said I could not return in the store and must mail it to Hallmark and do the return online. Went online and Hallmark says return to the store where you picked it up. I now am back at the store and they can’t accept returns on Christmas items after Christmas but they acknowledge that the store can “help me with an online return” but because it’s after Christmas now I’m out of luck. Understandable, but this mess was due to their employees giving me inaccurate information. Additionally, in the middle of a public health crisis (January 2021) where our hospitals are full, their employees are not wearing masks. Their right to do so, and so I’ll exercise my right to shop somewhere else that displays some common sense and knows how to operate local pickup of online orders in the 21st century. I’ve shopped here for several years.

Great staff always friendly, they go over and above to take care of you, will order whatever you need and have it brought to the store you shop. Visit them and let them take of you. Rhonda goes out of her way to make it a great shopping experience, so does Karen and everyone else!

Similat Hallmark store as prev closed location on Woodruff Rd. Not remotely convenient for me, so it's now a blue moon for a stop. Cards, gifts, etc.
