Everything about our experience was great. From shopping to purchase to install, we felt confident in the entire team at Backyard Playworld. The installers did a great job of helping us select the safest/best site for the play set and had it beautifully set up within a few hours (even in the snow!). Highly recommend!

The installers were punctual, quick and efficient in setting up our new play set! They were friendly with great attitudes. The weather pushed through a small rain shower but that didn't slow them down. I had expectations that this install would take almost a full day but they were done in a couple of hours! We waited for a couple months due to install turn times but I can tell you we would do it again for the quality, durability and warranty that you get with a Rainbow Play Set. It was worth the wait and worth the money!
Backyard Playworld is where to go to get a solid, safe play structure for your children. We purchased our set in November and they had amazing black Friday deals going on for the whole month. The set was quickly assembled in just a few hours. Great customer service.
Great customer service. Very friendly and answered every one of our questions. Very prompt install (early even)!! Just a great company to deal with. We have now bought a playset and a basketball hoop from them. Both were very enjoyable experiences!!
