We utilized scanlon to survey a piece of property that we were about to buy. They were very familiar with the area and always willing to help. We had many questions before and during the survey and they were always willing to help and answer our questions.

In response to Ms. Aaron - They were not our clients but an adjoining owner. They never called our office to report any unprofessional actions of my crew. They did not call to question the boundary markers we found and marked or what recorded property information we based our findings upon. We pride ourselves on professionalism and honesty with our clients as well as adjoining property owners and respect adjoiner's property.
I have used Scanlon Engineering for several surveying jobs that were very complicated due to errors by previous surveyors. Besides being professional and easy to work with they are also very precise, accurate surveyors. I recommend them without reservation.
Horrible and abusive surveyor. Cut down trees on our property. Was mentally abusive and he was surveying the neighbors property, NOT ours. He even had the property owners whom he was working for, walk around our property with him. Whatever you do, don't hire them. I wouldnt want anyone to experience what we did.
