2/4/2021 I called in response to the entire system shutting down (twice) and (1.) no-one knew when it would be back online (2.) no-one likes to answer the phone or return calls on any given day (3.) will I be charged a late fee for YOUR error-that is why I keep calling-I would like to know how much of my money will need to be spent. This is a very unprofessional look for a government entity

I've lived here 15 years and have always had service that went beyond what I expected. I have called a couple times and left a message and got a quick response. I own a moving company and am dealing with buying and selling vehicles many times a year. This office and people who work here could not d a better job !
Very nice and helpful agents. Explained exactly what I needed and what to do first to get my license and registration done.
They are always professional and courteous. I have never had a problem. Sometimes the line is long but they get it down pretty fast.
They were very fast, pleasant and efficient.
