Unpleasant and unprofessional office staff. Tried to make an appointment as a new patient. I explained I didn't think my previous OD at a different practice had given me a correct prescription because my eye was still bothering me 7 months after that exam and prescription. Said I wanted an exam as a new patient. The receptionist that answered the phone asked me \are you sure they gave you the wrong prescription???\ (like- what? Isn't that you all's job to determine?). THEN! She tells me that their protocol was to go back to the other person I had seen before coming to them. What in the world? Not much of a business model. Pretty sure I dodged a huge bullet.

I loved this place!!!! I had a semi emergency thing happen with my eye I'm new to the area and with a recommendation from my daughter I called Grin Eye Care they got me in quickly!!! Dr. Jeffrey Gerson is awesome he made me very comfortable from the moment I met him!!! They were very thorough with my exam and made me feel much better!!! He helped out tremendously!!! Everyone was super nice!! They have a new loyal customer!!!! I highly recommend this place if you need eye care!!
I got Lasik surgery done through Grin Eye Care and I could not be happier! The staff made me comfortable on the surgery day and were quick and efficient. My results are outstanding and now I have 20/15 vision. Something I never thought I would say!
I recently visited Grin Eye Care and was scene by Dr. McGowan. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who quickly made sure I was back in the exam room. Dr. McGowan was very patient and answered all the questions I had. When I did need a new set of frames her staff was lovely and took the time to help me make a great choice. I appreciate their attention and caring attitudes when helping me!
The whole staff at Grin was wonderful from start to finish. My eye doctor was very personable and educational on which contacts I should move to to be more comfortable and answered all of my questions!
