DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE USED ONLINE STORE! I ordered a mixer from the used gear section and according to the picture and description, item looked in near new condition and was labeled as excellent condition. The item took I week to ship to a guitar center in my area and glad I did. The sales rep open the box with me and we found the item to be broken missing screws and in very poor condition. The images that was used was a false representation of what I actually received. I had the manager and sales rep refund me immediately but have to dispute the shipping charges since that was not refunded. The whole transaction feels like a sick joke and will not be shopping with guitar center ever again. Already contacted customer service and filed a complaint but have not heard back so I am now disputing the shipping charges with my credit card. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

I came in to sell/maybe trade my old first guitar (GS mini) and a Kala ukulele which I had gifted from my Aunt. For some reason, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being looked at suspiciously for trying to sell my instruments. It was really odd and I tried to be as kind as I could. The service was adequate although took a wait for some time when searching for the guitars they were going to trade me in for. I’m guessing they are just trying their best so I take no personal offense. It was just weird. Thank you, Guitar Center employees. I will have a lot of fun playing my new Martin guitar as it is finally small enough for me to play comfortably. :)

The blonde guy who wears glasses at the front area, his product knowledge is unbelievable! He is like an encyclopedia!! I refuse to go to any other music center but Guitar Center as a result of how impressive and professional he is. Total asset to the establishment!!

Mainly for guitars and drums, but other essential equipment comes in handy. Was a bit busy during the holidays so perhaps staff was preoccupied. Overall, they did offer to help as much as possible and answer all my questions and help steer me to a good choice. I got a good deal on a few pawn items like a small amp and pedals. Worth checking out.
