I would not recommend to anyone for themselves or especially their loved ones. They could care less about helping anyone. They used to be decent but recently have gone severely down hill in quality and care of others. I hope they change for the better.

Lovely Lady

I used to love this hospital so much . All the experiences that I my family and I was always a pleasant one but the they hospital on the 5th floor. Yes , ICU is horrible not all of the nurses aren’t with the brat squad or older and mean frown faces people that don’t want to be bothered. Laughing loud at night sounds of them kicked things all up and down the hallway at nights. So if you have to go to restroom at night you will be public enemy #1 there and they pick over your food that is addressed to you.

Had to get 8 staples on the crown of my head. Totally painless! The ER Doctor and nurse were very friendly! Also the nurse that checked me in was really sweet. Staff truly made my day.

I have never been so publicly abused in my life. My internist yelled at me in front of nurses and staff that I had Alcoholic gastritis and that he was "done with me unless I quit." Not only was I shocked by his behavior but was humiliated.

The wait in emergency is unacceptable. This is rediculous. There has to be a better way. There was a couple of staff who are nice. Most are extremely rude.

Very courtesy individuals help me get to each appointment which I had three that day all in the same hospital separate buildings though and they help me get to each and every one of them and my son is handicapped and he had ultrasounds and they talked to him the whole time and kept him calm thank everyone of you!

I tried to call and ask for medical advice or assistance for someone suffering from COVID who has been unable to eat, and an EXTREMELY rude woman whom i believe is in receiving or something of the like Interrupted me mid sentence with "Absolutely Not" when told I could not speak to someone for assistance. I will be calling management after the new year is over, and I will take my business all the way to Hattiesburg if I have to but I will not patronize memorial or their clinics after this.
