I have a 16 year old A/C unit so I have required service a few times over the last 4 years I've lived in my house. I'm very impressed with the level of service I'm consistently provided. On two occasions I called at about 4pm, and not only did they conduct a service visit the same day, both times my A/C was fixed the same day. Couldn't be happier. Very courteous and friendly, professional, and very reasonable pricing. If you are in the Lake Worth/Wellington area and need some help with your A/C I HIGHLY recommend Gulfstream Cooling. I can't say enough great things about Gulfstream Cooling. They made the entire process of buying two new AC units easy and without any drama. From Mike the sales guy to Steve and his team that did the install, they were respectful and took great pride in their work, which is rare today. After comparing over 8 different quotes from various companies, we purchased a 2 ton and 4 ton Bryant units. When making such a large buying decision, for us it was not just about price and brand, it was also about the company that did the actual work. I would like to compliment Gulf Stream. We have used them for various reasons for a few years now. Last Sunday we lost our AC and within 3 hrs. Gulf Stream had us up and running. Steve returned our voicemail quickly and quoted a very competitive price for the Sunday service call. Anthony was the technician that came to the house. He was very polite and very professional. You also get the feeling this company treats customers in a honest way. Gulf Stream was referred to us by our neighbor who basically told me Gulf Stream is just about the only company in Florida he would recommend. Lol!
Great experience! Our AC was out and it is HOT! We called Gulfstream Cooling after reading their reviews. The woman who took our call was super friendly and helpful. They didn't have anything available until the next day but assured me if anything fell through she would call us immediately. And that's exactly what she did! They had time to come the same day. Unfortunately I missed the call but was so pleased she had called to let me know there was an opening. I had our appointment scheduled for the next day, so whats one more night. When Wayne arrived he was very friendly and got right to work. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Explained the whole thing so I understood what was going on. Very professional, great personality. I could see why this company has so many great reviews. I highly recommend. Thank you!!!
It was time to replace my aging HVAC and after getting quotes from several area contractors, I decided on Gulfstream. Their pricing was extremely competitive and this is for Bryant (Carrier by another name) branded equipment vs brands of lesser reputation from other contractors offered at similar prices. The air handler is actually tagged Carrier. Their level of professionalism and knowledge was demonstrated from when they came out for the quote through the entire installation process. The resulting installation was extremely well done and included replacement of my old plywood air handler support with a metal stand and secondary drip pan and leak sensor. They were also very responsive. While there was no rush as the existing system was still operational, they were on site the day after providing a proposal for the installation, completed it within one day, removed all the old equipment and left the house spotless where they had been working. I opted for the RGF Reme air purification upgrade and pretty much immediately after the new system was put in service, an improvement in the air quality was noticed, it is worth the extra money to put this device in, if you ask me. The new equipment was a 2 stage compressor and variable speed air handler and so much quieter than the old system, both inside and outside the home. The variable speed feature is such that you barely know it is on unless is ramps to the highest speeds. If you are needing repairs or replacement to your system and are within the Gulfstream service area, you should give them a call, I think you will be happy that you did.
