I just completed another more than satisfactory transaction this past weekend. The workers are knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. I've bought 2 handguns and both times felt I got a fair price. In and out quickly. Very happy customer and will be back to do business again.

Excellent experience here. Prices were right in line with internet dealers, even better with the special they were running. Salesperson was very patient and got my paperwork filled out and approved very quickly. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

They took the time to show me what I was looking for and the information I needed. Also gave me advice on the best ammo to use. Great service!

The only reason i am giving this shop 2 stars is because they have the most brands to see, smell and touch without guessing if it will feel good in your hands. This place lacks professionalism. On three occasions i visited the shop an on two of them the shop was busy and by the time someone had gotten to me to help answer my questions they were short and talked to me as if i had no money to purchase anything. I asked a few questions and held a couple of weapons when some guy out of the blue walks up interrupts my turn and the the salemans walks off and never comes back. So i left. The last and finale straw i walked in and there were about 5 salemans in the shop so i am thinking, GREAT" maybe i can get some help..... NO ONE SEEMED INTERESTED in talking to me!!! Once again i left... This place sucks! I will never go back and i will NEVER recommend anyone to shop here. I will pay more before i go back!!!

My first visit, and was welcomed by friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Has a wide variety of different guns, and ammo of several top brands. I'll be back, the next time that I'm in the area.

First time visit to the Southaven store this past weekend, and great experience. Surprisingly good selection, especially considering the size of the store. FFL transfer fee is a bit steep (50), BUT keep in mind, online retailers are killing local shops, so your 1,500.00 purchase at Bud's or Brownell's and kicking your local guy 20 isnt going to keep his lights on. And honestly, their pricing is pretty hard to beat...on what I purchased at least, it was quite a bit less than Sportsman's or Academy, and about on par with online, but without the FFL fee, was still a great deal. The guy who helped me was friendly enough, answered my questions, thanked me for coming in. Definitely going back. Also, just a general shopping tip for some folks, not just for this place but anywhere and in general: Do some research and at least have the slightest idea about what you want before you walk in the door. They are in business to make a sale...if you walk in on a busy day with no clue about what you want, of course they are going to move on to another customer that's ready to buy something. It's not a museum or a petting zoo...and it's certainly not the time to expect someone that's trying to earn a living to teach you everything you don't know about guns, or whatever it may be that you're not sure about buying. Get your act together, you'll have a better experience, I promise you.
