Had to downgrade my review. The showroom and sales experience was great, then the experience goes downhill. First the door takes over 4 weeks to come in, then they come to install it and it was measure wrong. I wait another 2 weeks. The door is put in and looks great, but water is streaming out from under the door. The curb was set tilted into the room; did it settle; was it installed wrong? Not sure. But the \service\ guy says you have 2 options, take the curb out and we have to take down the door and reinstall both, or put in a dome. I wasn't sure how I would like the look of it. To that he says look \I'm just trying to fix the problem.\ My response was I just spent 16k remodeling and I'd like it to look nice. He just shrugs. I understand he's just an installer, but a little understanding at my frustration wouldn't have killed him.
