We were certainly impressed with our installers for our job, Lucas and Zack. They were expecting a 4 hour install and they were here for 2 days getting the job done. Their attitudes were great and had the patience to answer all of my questions. Even though they were here much longer than expected and likely burnt out from working on it, they stuck around to show me how the unit operates, went through the remote control operation, and what they did to the gas line. Just overall really pleased those 2 were the installers on our job. The unit is working great and we like it a lot!

My husband and I recently had the Liberty wood stove installed. We highly recommend this company. Every employee we had contact with, from the salesperson, to the manager, to the installer, was so knowledgeable and pleasant. It looks awesome !!

I can say what an awesome place to visit they carry a lot of different style fireplaces to choose from. Very helpful staff that helped answer my question and helped me pick the right fireplace for me and followed through all the way to the fireplace being installed. The installer was very pleasant and efficient and quick installing my fireplace. Highly recommend this place.

Had them come look at an older pellet stove as they had an office 5 miles from my house. They told us it would be 130 to diagnose the issue repair costs if we chose to do it. They came and took the pellet stove. A few weeks later they called and told us it was the motherboard and it was obsolete and would be 600 to fix with an updated board and wiring. We declined then they told us they had replaced the door seal and now the bill was 200. Corrected that issue and they brought the stove back. Come to find out they closed the office by my house 2 days after they picked up our stove and took it to an office a hour away. They failed to mention this was happening when picking it up. The little note of \additional cost to return unit?\ On bill was entertaining, like it was my fault you closed your office and shipped my stove off. Got ahold of pellet stove manufacturer and they told me these particular boards hardly ever fail and they would walk me thru troubleshooting.Within 10 mins we found the problem, a 16 exhaust sensor. They also told me the \obsolete\ motherboards updated version cost 300 and took about 30 mins to install. Essentially paid 130 to have my stove picked up and dropped off. I honestly would not refer them to anyone. [Edit] Added photo of receipt since there was no record of me ever purchasing anything. As I said, diagnosed my stove as a bad motherboard when it was a 16 sensor.
