I called over a week ago to get a quote for dryer vent cleaning for a very large condominium complex and never received a call back. We wanted to give the business to a local company but I guess they weren't interested. A call back would have been the professional way to go.

Hardell is quick to put you in the books for a fill, their service techs that check my furnace every fall are respectful, knowledgeable, and conscientious, and they've worked with me on my payments through a very rough patch recently. No added charges snuck into the bill, no price hikes for no reason...excellent.

Hardell went above and beyond for me this morning. Apparently something was stuck on the tanks or furnace and I mistakenly thought it was the oil. It was fixed promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this company!
