I was treated with respect and kindness from the time I arrived. The staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. I will highly recommend Progressive to anyone who needs radiology service.

I had an MRI done here on 12/29/20, and this was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. The staff were all incredibly polite, friendly, efficient, and patient. I'm claustrophobic so I was terrified, and expecting it to be negative. It was not at all. Matt in particular was fantastic, and I wish he could do all my blood work/IV's. Very little pain, and no bruising the next day. I highly recommend this place.

They are kind enough to give you a CD of your cat scan, but unfortunately that said CD is not able to be viewed at meritus hospital just on the other side of town I don't understand why the largest hospital in town can't read a cat scan I got from a place less than miles away? almost had to pay for a another cat scan. I find this unacceptable. something needs to be done or essentially the cd is useless...

The staff was polite and efficient. I arrived at 1pm and immediately my temperature was checked. I finished my paperwork by 1:20. Then was taken back to a private dressing room. It took about 10 mins for the technician to take me back for the MRI. The MRI lasted 20 mins. I felt safe and secure. I recieved headphones to help with the noise and a panic button incase I had any issues. After the procedure I went back to the private dressing room and gathered my personal possessions. It took around 5 mins for the disc to be prepared and then I was free to go. All in all the whole thing took a little over a hour and I had no issues.
