Hagerstown Speedway has been a huge part of my life. It has always been the closest track to my home. It is a facility that was far ahead of the times, and several other local tracks have just caught up. It is still one of my favorite dirt tracks. I’ve been to Hagerstown Speedway more times than any others, and I’ve been to many races elsewhere. The track surface improvement this year has brought back the quality of racing that earned the track nickname “The Capital of Dirt Racing”. If it’s been a while since you’ve been to Hagerstown for a race, I recommend you return.

Venue is good for monster truck show however the layout of the track is not optimal and it can be difficult to see as not all seating options provide a clear line of sight. Venue is better suited for auto racing. The parking situation is not ideal and can take up to two hours to get out. No personnel directing traffic which makes for a free for all nightmare.

Nice venue. Vendor food was reasonable and admission was not outrageous. Park right inside the gate and walk in. It will be worth it when you go to leave. Two lines of traffic out.... the right one turns right so it moves much faster; go out and turn around if you are in a hurry.

Great family fun atmosphere and great fun adrenaline packed fun for the hole family. Support your local dirt tracks!!

Not the best venue for Monster Jam. Only a small portion of the track was actually utilized which made it hard to see a lot of the action. Probably much better for watching actual racing, but non-grandstand seating was very old wooden bench seating.
