(1 star because “0” was not an option) Do not see Bernadette Grecko. She was all over the place last time I was in to see her. Explained nothing and was running around like she had no sense. Very unprofessional. I have a history of kidney stones and had a “stat” CT scan. Never got a follow up call from her and going on 3 weeks now. I received a bill for urine tests that she ordered and I was not told that they were testing my urine or for even what they were looking for. Samples came to a total of 3K (totally outrageous and for what???). My insurance telling me my portion comes to 500. Watch out they submit for unnecessary testing and you will get stuck with paying outrageous bill.

Everything about this office was wonderful from beginning to end. I was able to be seen in two business days as a new pt, where as the local urology center closer to where I live could conveniently see me in a month and a half. The front desk staff were very kind and personable. My nurse was just amazing, as well as the provider, Dr. John. I was very nervous because I was anticipating a procedure that is not exactly comfortable. They were both very kind and reassuring. The procedure was WAY easier this time, but their bedside manner was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. John!!

I’ve brought my father here twice now and both times they have somehow skipped over him even though he signed in both times. He needed up not getting called back until 45 minutes after his appointment time. What makes it worse is we had to get here an hour ahead of time so they could send him down to get X-rays before his appointment.

My daughter sees Dr. Dennis and he is very intelligent and articulate. Dr.Dennis is very thorough and pays no attention to the time limit set by his office. Dr. Dennis spent as much time as he needs with my daughter in order to make sure we are satisfied and taken care of. Dr. Dennis never hides behind his computer clicking and better yet he does not bring a computer in the room! Eye contact and compassion in a world of technology! I would recommend Dr.Dennis or Dr.Bryson to everyone! Truly the best Doctors ever ️
