No surprises here..expected 'better than you' attitude from staff, lost papers even though they were ALL submitted by hand. Now that they're closed, no way to turn in an application, they won't return calls nor will they answer the fax machine so submissions can be made via fax. Always going from bad to worse. Any agency under the DCH umbrella is just simply inadequate, no matter how much their budget increases yearly. Always a disappointment!!

Hall county dfcs also others who works forthemhas been falsifying documentations, lie in court, breaking families apart, they never answer the phone, they discriminate, if anyone is dealingwith the same thing please i encourage y'all to come forward do not be scared. We need to fight for what's right.

This place is not open. It is closed due to COVID. Or laziness? No one answers the phone either. I opened my child support case in June, it’s now November and haven’t heard a word and cannot get ahold of anyone.
