Employees arent wearing masks properly. One had his mask completely off, the other two did not have the mask covering their noses. Had I noticed when I walked in I would have walked out immediately. Happy to say all customers wore masks correctly.

All hail Jim Lawrence and his crew at this location hes the Master of Monsters.
While the people working were nice enough, none of them wore masks which I have a problem with. There is still a mask mandate in place in NC and no matter what your personal feelings are, these guidelines should be adhered to. You all may be experts regarding costumes, but I don’t think any of you are licensed medical doctors.
It was Great! The staff was very nice and inviting! They were very courteous and took care of my every whim! It was a beautiful store that even had a type of Haunted House in the back of the store!!!
Find exactly what we were looking for and the staff was great!
Very helpful. My child knew what he wanted. I called to see if they had his size and they did. I ran in picked up and out the door in less than 8 min. Thanks guys !
Went in three nights ago looking for two costumes for my children, immediately when i walked in i was greeted by two friendly staff members, as we were walking around the store they came up to us and asked if there was anything they could do to help, they interacted with me and the kids, such amazing customer service you don't usually see anymore , we sadly didn't find what we were looking for in store but they said not to worry the could order exactly what we were looking for from their warehouse, well two days later the called me and said they had exactly what we ordered, the kids and I went in and they tried them on and they were perfect, I wish i could leave more than five stars because the staff here goes above and beyond for there customers!
