I stayed at Halstead malden square for almost 3 years. It is a great experience. I stayed in a corner unit on the first floor. My family enjoyed the stay, especially during winter time, they have many amenities. It is a great location. The staff, especially manager Stephanie is very nice and helpful.

Mallory was terrific during the whole selection and lease process. She created a seamless experience that made my move in a smooth process. Mallory went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made us excited to move in. She even covered the cleaning process of the apt before the move to reassure us. It was very safe. Stephanie was extremely helpful during the move in. Made sure everything was ready and available. Made the move in feel effortless. Great building and great support.

We have recently moved in. Mallory was so helpful and the house was cleaned and painted so well before we move that we didn’t spend so much effort to clean it. There were just minor scratches in the house. Yet, we are having a positive vibes in here!

It was a good experience living in the apartment. The building is new. Central AC works well. Great to have your own washing machine and dryer. And it's a mostly quiet and convenient neighborhood.

Building is clean... i complained 4 times about the constant midnight noise disturbance coming from the apt at the top but no improvement. The apt resident right on my top of apt plays football and boxing at 10:30 which you can clearly hear. Runs washing machine at 11:30pm. Every single day it goes on till 1:30 am and again start from 4:00am. This is completely intolerable. I complained 4 times Management not taking care of this issue at all.
