Outstanding experience! We met the owner who was extremely patient and accommodating while we looked at the many pianos they have for sale. Besides educating us on the differences mechanically and musically between uprights, consoles and spinets, he also played each one for us (he plays beautifully!), gave us a tour of their workshop, and told us the rather amazing story about his father, grandfather and himself - truly a family born to be in the tuning, restoration and piano business. If you have a piano to restore, this is the place to do it. Tuning? They're literally famous in the business doing that too. If you are looking to buy a piano, look no further. Our piano arrives in two days and I look forward meeting the owner and these wonderful people again soon - maybe for a piano upgrade!

I am proud to be the new owner of a factory rebuilt Steinway model M grand piano which I purchased from Hamilton Piano Company in December. From my very first experience with Tobias Hamilton, I was incredibly impressed. He let me try out the piano for as long as I liked and gave me a tour of his outstanding piano shop. He made us a very fair deal on the piano and will pick it up and refinish this summer for me while we are away. The delivery couldn’t have gone more smoothly and the men rearranged my living room to fit the piano in the corner perfectly! Finally, Jim tuned my post delivery piano to perfection and voiced some of the hammers at my request. I really love the way my Steinway sounds and plays. I am so pleased with the quality, service and the entire team at Hamilton Piano Company and have already recommended them to all my friends and neighbors. 10 stars!!

Everyone at Hamilton Piano has been great. Cheryl helped me select good Yamaha U3 for my rental and the delivery went smoothly. The instrument was already well prepped, but recently needed a brush up tuning. They sent Jim over from their tuning department who brought it back up to snuff.
I just had my Yamaha G1 tuned by Tobias and it has been wonderful to play since. The piano sounds great. We were also able to come up with a plan for some work down the road to keep it going for another 25 years and more. Thank you so much Hamilton Piano Co.
