We went in to look at the model home at Ryan homes in hampshire and my wife and I knew right away this would be our home. With an included basement and just the perfect ranch layout, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Diane was so helpful in putting in the package we wanted and got the ball rolling so quickly. Erin helped us out with the mortgage aspect of things and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better process. We truly appreciate how easy of a process this was. Thank you for everything!

Very nice rural location. Next to all farmland and you can ride your snowmobile to town. Snowmobile and ATV trails and horse trails all around.
From start to finish, Diane of Ryan Homes was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Buying a new home can be scary but she made it easy and effortless. We highly recommend Ryan Homes ! Thanks for helping us navigate through the process of buying our home. We are beyond excited to move in!!
Nice little country farming town. Glad I’m far from Chicago area living in peace. Long as you stay away from Elgin and Pingree Grove you are ok and want to stay towards Burlington and Genoa and Huntley and Marengo area.
