My brother Willie is a Vietnam Veteran and had never had the opportunity to own a home. At least not until we decided to visit Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas. Everyone on site truly appreciated my brother for his service and wanted to help him on his journey to home ownership. From day one they made sure that we had all the information needed to make the best choice on a home that he would ultimately choose. They put him in touch with a lender that was able to work thru the VA to secure a loan with a great interest rate. I'm happy to say that Willie moved into his well deserved home on our homestead approximately three years ago, and our entire family(ten siblings) could not be happier for him! The experience was so wonderful that another one of my brothers and his wife decided to move from Virginia to our homestead in NC as well. They requested that I contact Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas and start the process of securing their home. With the help of Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas, it appears that all eleven of us will now be living in North Carolina. Thank you!

Just want to take a second to thank Donnie and his team. They took AMAZING care of us and our home. It is very refreshing to me in this day and age for a company to stand up and put Christ first. I have read some of the reviews, and in my profession I meet a lot of Christians and non Christians. I can assure you, this is a Christian business. With that being said, it is sad when things go wrong or people do not get exactly what they want, that they seem to want to attack a Christians beliefs first. Donnie and his team have always did what they said they would do for us and went out of their way to make sure our house was a HOME, not just a house. I would definitely recommend Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas. I strongly encourage you to go in and make up your own mind. I am sure you will be happy you did. God Bless!!!

So after years of driving past this establishment, my wife and I decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. We are in total awe of how friendly and helpful Tiffany Maynard was. Although we won't be beginning our journey to build a home until late 2021, Tiffany made sure we had all the right information and answered all the questions we had. She is an A employee and we will be looking forward to working with her when we begin the process. We have looked at multiple companies and the quality and wow factors of the homes here far surpass anything we have seen previously. Not to mention being given a price breakdown and explained the full process from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and treated us with the utmost respect and care. The world needs more companies like this one. It's definitely worth the trip to check them out!

Donnie is an extraordinary person to work with! From the moment we spoke over the phone and actually visited the site, we were treated with the utmost respect! Our children even found joy with the toy boxes set in every house my wife and I viewed! Would recommend 100%!!
