Marvin is the man! I called to order a furnace board. He sent me a picture via text message so I could confirm it was the correct board and then got it in the mail the same day and it was delivered next day to Ohio! Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

Bought parts to repair my furnace and boiler from there. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. They have all parts ranging from blower motors, gas valves, ignitors, etc. Coming back 4 sure
TERRIBLE customer service!
Hours are very convenient. They were unable to match a part with a serial number so I had to bring the old part in to match it that way. They were able to help, but just as easily could have caused a wasted trip. Place is clean and has a wide variety of parts, but needs better inventory management. They were however very handy in the pinch that I was in. I do recommend the place for appliance needs, but you will need to be specific in what you're asking for.
