John made sure that the floor plan was exactly the way we wanted it before it was sent to Hand Crafted. He had wonderful ideas that helped us complete our plan that best fit out needs. John and his staff worked extra hard to ensure our satisfaction; the quality of our home was outstanding. The service provided was precise and prompt.
