We’ve been taking all our alterations to Han’s for years. They are the best we’ve ever used. Will not go anywhere else. They really know their craft. Great service, always on time, reasonably-priced and a pleasure to do business with!
Every single time I come here to get something altered, I am told it cannot be done. Every. Single. Time! Ridiculous. I usually need something taken in on the sides and hemmed but somehow that is not doable for an alterations shop? I could alter these items myself if I had the time, but I don’t and am trying to support a local small business and end up wasting my time every time! SO DISAPPOINTING. Took my items to a different shop less than a mile away and was told it’d be no problem at all to do what I needed.
I drove all the way from Columbia to get my dress altered here because it was recommended by a friend. However, the first time I tried to pick my dress up, they were closed during their normal business hours. Also, they do not accept cards, only check in cash, which I didn’t know until I showed up without either. Also, I had a very minor alterations done and it cost me way more than I expected.
I have used Han's for years. They ALWAYS do top-notch work, always on time, and they have a courteous, professional demeanor that lets you know they appreciate your business. I highly recommend them.
