AVOIDDD AVOIDDD !!! Came here before appt , they’re complaining that they are short on personnel and takes a eternity to get loaded / unloaded ... for 6 h here and still counting , no dock no nothing ...
I worked here for a few years it takes a special kind of hard working man to endure this type of labor to say the least lol and the freezers are negative degrees so that's extra extra fun! But enough of that let's get to the service, I've worked in more than one shipping and receiving jobs and Hanson logistics is by far the best in the business! They get the job done no matter what sometimes problems may occur but Hanson always rises above it and takes care of business. The motto here is YES WE CAN and boy let me tell you they live up to the slogan! Dedicated hard working staff and the fastest inbound and outbound loading and unloading in the country! Hanson logistics, making America great again one truck at a time.
First, fuel your truck and get scale ticket before coming to this place because they charge 130 for adjustments. They always try to load more than weight limit.
Last few times I've been there they've taken over 2 hrs after my appointment time to load me, prior to that they would be a solid 4 star outfit. Also they need to fix the holes in their lot, just getting bigger and deeper.
I just don’t understand why anyone will charge a late fee, they wouldn’t be nothing with out drivers they should appreciate us more! & for the ones who say just don’t be late, don’t speak too soon it could happen to anyone!
My husband Jason and I loaded here and they were very kind and professional. They allowed us to show up early as well as loaded us early. We were able to take our 10 hours off in their lot and they also had a driver's bathroom available during our stay. We would definitely load here again!
