I have been going to O2 plus since 2003. This company has gone down to the gutter and for it only having two stores they need to get back to what they used to be. I exchanged a larger tank and they still have not upgraded my tank my tank size. They keep downsizing the tank and still owe me either financially or they owe me a correcting the situation of giving me a full tank with the same scale that I had submitted them. THEN try To charge me for an upsell on a tank YOU downsized?!!! Wait it gets better! To add even more insult this past Friday I exchanged a tank that they still did not upgrade to the proper size and when I go to use this tank Sunday afternoon it is COMPLETELY EMPTY!... I REPEAT.... EMPTY! Absolutely unacceptable!!!! O2 plus you are losing a loyal customer that has been coming to you for 16 years. You can give all the apologies you want you can fill another tank but right now what I can't get back this time lost today are you going to pay me back 8 hours worth of work lost . Are you going to pay me back for the original tank that I purchased! Last straw that has now been broken.

I had a broken part on my lawn mower and was told it could not be fixed. I went to o2 plus and showed them the piece and they told me not to worry about it and they would take care of it. When I tell you they really welded it back and then welded another piece without me even asking but I did need it. They really made the piece look new saved me a over 150.00 I'm so satisfied with it. I will be back
