Luz is so helpful, and the company is fair and honest. One of their fabricators made a mistake on our laundry room counter order. Instead of trying to fix it with bad patchwork, Paramount Stone replaces the whole stone and had the fabricator make a completely new piece. I will definitely shop with them again.

I met the owner Gino and his assistant Luz at Battaglia several months ago. They were both extremely patient with me and gave excellent counsel in choosing the proper size to work with my drawing. Construction dragged on for several months, so the slab ended up having to be stored much longer than I had anticipated. I expected a storage fee to be added to the purchase but was very pleasantly surprised - no charge for storage. :D Thank you!
Thank you very much for helping me make my dream kitchen come true. I received great customer service and quality of work. Customer service representatives worked on every single detail compassionately. They cleaned up after themselves and left my kitchen spotless.
DO NOT do business with this place. They do an awful job and don't take responsibility for the mistakes they make.
