So this is another reason they have gone under, I had a friend buy not one but two bikes from this dealership. With that, I received 75.00 in points for one bike and 50 in points for the second bike. I had purchased a shirt and had approximately 80 left in points. Went here today, to get a swing arm bag for my 16 Fatboy. The had one bag left, however, there were no parts to attach the bag to the bike, and it wasn’t a guarantee that this bag would fit my bike. I asked if they could put the part in the back and I would bring my bike up to see if it would fit if it were tweaked... no problem! Figuring that this location is closing in two weeks, thought I would get a couple of shirts as a memory. Checked on my points to be told, they were expired and that I only had 40 left in points anyway. Nice not only did the cut my points in half, but they took them away entirely. I was here in March, picking up some oil, and I wasn’t told anything about points expiring in one month... so this is another reason, that this shop is closing.... had a few friends that worked here, they are all gone, typical... thieves !!! Customer service here? Apparently they don’t know what those words mean!!! Good riddance !!!
These guys are amazing! I walked in “just looking around” and every single person in the store went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and answer any questions I had. They’re all super knowledgeable and seem to genuinely love what they do. Not only did I end up leaving with an amazing bike but Dave, K2, Joe, Bryan and Dan made me feel like part of the family. Best dealership experience I’ve had by far, I highly recommend taking the trip out there! And a special shout out to Dave for going above and beyond to accommodate my service requests!

we just had my husband's new bike service there and the service team was great we worked with Dave and let me tell you this guy was amazing my husband went in and set everything up and because of his work schedule I had to go in and do some stuff for him and I'll tell you this guy treated me like I was a part of the Harley family and he was just great he gave me pointers was able to help me with some things that my husband might need / like for his bike he was a great overall guy the whole service team was. Harley-Davidson team of Southampton is great overall would recommend them to anybody. DAVE IS THE MAN

Nothing I can say.. got our bike back and the ignition switch broke on ride home. They claim they did not brake it. It was under warranty now it's not. Never go there again.
