They have managed my rental properties for many years, and I am delighted with their professionalism and thoroughness of their tenant screening process. I never have any problems with their property management. I have also bought and sold property through them , and have always been very satisfied with their work and representation of myself throughout the process. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!... Kelly W. is very rude! Does not respond to anything..I have never been treated so rude from a “landlord” never have I been late with rent but once this pandemic hit they wanted to evict me the moment I was late for rent because I lost my job due to pandemic! Kelly served no help for any matter.

I am looking for a building and I won’t be involved with this place. I am a very good renter. I leave things better than when I leave but when we moved out we removed our phone system and server and accidentally took a small piece that was there. They told us and we immediately returned it. It was a small oversight, we took video of how they left it and how we left it and a new video with their piece back on the wall. They kept our 5,000 dollar deposit. Seriously, we tried and tried and then they dodged us. Never rent from them ever.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! When I took possession of my rented home in Harlingen managed by them I listed a number of problems with the house including stained carpet, dirty appliances and a thermostat that did not work right, no filter in the air conditioner (or even space for one) and a bad ice maker. I fixed the thermostat, bought an ice maker and filter and replaced all light bulbs with LED bulbs. They had the audacity to charge my Deposit for Carpet cleaning, cleaning (not so dirty) kitchen appliances and an air filter that was one month old. Any claims I made were simply ignored. Court is next.
