Republic always comes late for the weekly garbage pickup, and for the monthly brush pick up they have skipped it once and they are about to skip it again for this month again. They still get paid for it. I've tried calling the area supervisor for brush pick up , no luck. I called the corporate telephone number, they could not provide any help. They are a bunch of scoundrels. I would never recommend them to anyone. I don't know why my city keeps on retaining their services. Maybe they have some quid pro quo going on between them.

Their brush pickup service is down right horrible, for the past year every time I place tree brush for this company to pickup I have to call 100’s of times and all I get is so sorry I will escalate it and nothing happens, it usually takes 4 months of calling twice a week for them to come pick it up. The only reason they are in business is because they got the contact with the county and no one else can come in for trash service.... please don’t send the canned reply no one cares about your apologies we just want the yard waste picked up when it is supposed to be picked up!!!! We pay you for your service, either do it or let another company do it......
Having just purchased an amazing abandoned property in Arroyo City; 2 large 30 yard Roll-Offs were now, filled to the top, and ready for pick up. Unfortunately, the ground around the dumpsters were compromised and removal of the roll-offs (to me) became a real concern. Maribel at Republic kept me informed as different strategies where implemented to successfully remove both Roll-Offs. Area Managers showed up on site to evaluate progress and made all the right critical decisions. Thank you Harlingen Republic, for your professional attitude, patience, and constant re-assurance that a solution would be found. Your drivers also reflected similar attitudes. You guys are AWESOME!
The service is just like what they dedicate themselves to just garbage. Patronizing Customer service personnel Very rude individuals and they give you no proper information For my first time having my own personal garbage disposal it was a terrible experience if this guys been providing service for so long is due to lack of other companies that provide that service Near by I’m looking around I heard all valley waste is better priced and better service
For three months our yard waste has not being picked up, our whole street has not being serviced at all , I called today and spoke to someone that said they will pick up tomorrow 12/20/2019, if they don,t show up I,will call again. /////////////// today January 22 2020 they finally came by and picked up our yard waste, first time in 4 Months
