I took my XR to get the screen replaced and within a few days the screen started coming out of the phone, I took the phone back and explained what happened and they fixed it with no issue but when i left the store the next day it happened again and when I called and told them what happened the girl in the front automatically had a bad attitude then when I went In person again I asked if they can just put another screen because that one kept popping out and once again she started with the attitude trying to explain to me their requirements for the warranty which I understood but she didn’t want to accept responsibility for the store giving me a bad screen and just kept having a nasty attitude which shows no customer service and then eventually she did replace the screen and said that she didn’t know what was up with the screen, long story short if they mess up they won’t take responsibility and try jumping around why they can’t replace it even if it was barely a few days after getting it done

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!! Took my Galaxy Note 9 to get fixed (it had some minor scratches and cracks on the phone, other than that it was in excellent condition) They said it’d take about a week to get the part, they’ll call me right when it comes in. They never did I had to call to find out when the part was in, I felt this was very unprofessional. When I finally got the Note 9 fixed I was so happy, because I was giving it to my father. Well the happiness didn’t last long, approximately 50 days later a white line developed on the phone screen I told my father take it in as they had 90 day warranty. Well he took it in and the guy Looked at it and said they would have to replace the whole screen again (we would have to pay again), my father told the worker that it had warranty. The worker said only the Apple phones have 90 day warranty & Androids have 45 day warranty (even though the sign outside says 90 day warranty with all products displayed). Well fast forward a couple more weeks and now the phone does not even work. I feel so bad for my father, please do not come to get your phone fixed here. Waste of 230
Put deposit down and never got a call back if parts ever came in. Called 3 weeks later and asked if parts came in yet, some guy answered and said the lady who knows about this is on vacation and for me to call back in a week. I called 2 weeks later and still no parts, got my refund back. Terrible service, for being a phone repair shop they sure do not call u at all on updates nor have any customer service. I called another repair shop, having eveything fixed tomorrow, cpr.
Best prices in town and super helpful staff. Other places tried to charge me double, for the same work. Thankful I found this place!
