Morgan Ramsey

The staff are unprofessional and impolite at the reception desk. They do not wear their masks properly. They don't practice social distancing for clients because the chairs are so close together in the waiting area. I have an autoimmune disease and this is extremely concerning given the pandemic. They don't enforce the policy they have posted that requires people to wear masks properly. There was no parking. The building is dirty and loud. It's all around a huge disaster.

I wouldnt recommend this place for no one all they are is nosey and push help on u but when u do want the help than they dont want to help u or anything u got to veg ur caseworker to talk to u and she dont so wants the point to have them to be nosey is all go around sit talk about u than to others to than so cuz they don't care about u or anything so

Billing practices are horrendous. Very poor communication between billing department and client. Extremely unprofessional business practices when communicating fee increases and simple things like an account balance.
