We rented a vehicle for our trip to Utah. Everything from the online reservation, pick-up, to returning the vehicle went very smoothly. All the employees we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and in good shape when we got it, and we had no problems during our trip. We will go to Enterprise the next time we want t rent a vehicle.
We were given a car that was in need of repair. Our tire keep losing air pressure. I called roadside assistance only to find they were going to charge me 55 bucks to come out and place the spare tire on the car. I was in awe to believe it was not my problem yet I would be the one to pay. I asked for a replacement car since I felt the tire could go anytime. This particular car needed to be retired it felt like it was falling apart. Only to be told they didn’t have one. I was in Dallas I couldn’t believe in that whole city not one car was available. I am a customer who rents a lot of cars I have never had an experience like this. We did make it back but I felt this experience would need to be address. Upon returning the car I did inform the rental site of the problem with the car. I only pray they addressed the problems and didn’t just rent it out again.

The staff was friendly, and the checkout was fast the interaction with the staff was pleasant, however I was concerned by the reviews about this company wanting to change up vehicles within ther last hour of pickup. I was hoping that my experience would be different but it was not while on my way to pick up the vehicle I was called and asked if I would consider a different vehicle. The vehicle was nice and while a bit unhappy about ther last min vehicle changes I was satisfied with the vehicle I did recieved
